"With the experience I had with CSM, I would highly recommend them for your HVAC work. The one person who really impressed me was Michael. He had empathy for my wife and I. We had no heat except for a portable space heater. I will admit to getting other estimates and opinions. Michael went above and beyond his duties to get our heating problem solved as quickly and cost effective as possible. He gave us an option of a complete unit or replacing the heat exchanger. He was very thorough in researching a repair, instead of replacement of complete unit as was the only offer from other estimates. We are an elderly couple and really respect Michaels honesty and commitment in doing what’s best for the customer. He also done the repair the day parts came in. Your company is blessed to have an employee like Michael. "
